Caitríona has responsibility for the management of circular economy regulation, including provisions such as by-products and end-of-waste, as well as the implementation of the National Hazardous Waste Management Plan.
Caitríona previously managed competent authority roles for ozone depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases, in addition to the management of producer responsibility for WEEE and batteries. She has also previously worked in various roles relating to waste and industrial licensing, historic landfill authorisations and waste data reporting. Caitríona has worked for the EPA for over 25 years.
