Caoimhín works as an Inspector in the EPA’s Office of Environmental Enforcement, in the Waste and Financial Provision Team, which is based in Cork. This particular enforcement team has a national remit in relation to waste regulation. He has over 19 years experience with the EPA in dealing with the enforcement of waste management sites.
Caoimhín currently works with the local OEE Regional Enforcement teams, the WERLAs and other stakeholders to monitor trends in the waste sector, and to implement measures to improve regulatory compliance.
