Janet Lynch leads the Arup Ireland Circular Economy and Resource Efficiency Team. She has over 20 years experience of resource efficiency in the built environment with Arup Dublin and London and Dublin City Council. She is currently assisting Transport Infrastructure Ireland with creation of its Circular Economy Plan. Her projects include Crossrail, London 2012 Olympics, DART Underground, N6 Galway City Ring Road and Bus Connects.
